What is a mailbox? How many mailboxes would I need to purchase per domain/website?
A mailbox is a dedicated virtually isolated email storage space associated with an email account/address/id. You may purchase as many emails as you like according to your needs.
If I need more storage space in the future for a mailbox, can you upgrade it? How will I be charged?
If you need more storage space in the future per a mailbox, you can upgrade it any day by placing an updated order with us. You will be charged a difference amount for the upgrade as per the billing cycle. You can upgrade individual mailboxes and multiple mailboxes at a time or as needed without worrying.
I have purchased a higher storage plan, but I do not need it. Do you allow to downgrade?
At any point in time, we can downgrade your mailbox plan. However, suppose if your mailbox occupies more space than the mailbox plan you are downgrading to, then a downgrade is not possible.
Example: Say your mailbox uses 12 GB of storage, and you are currently on a 20 GB plan, but you decided to downgrade to a 10GB plan. Then you need to delete all the unwanted emails/files and make sure that your current mailbox size is below 10GB to downgrade the mailbox.
We will process the order for downgrade only if the mailbox meets the specified criteria. Else you will continue to stay in the existing mailbox plan.
Note: Currently, mailbox downgrading is allowed only on monthly plans.
Do you do email migration? What details do I need to provide, and how long will it take to migrate the email addresses?
Yes, we will do email migration for free of cost up to five accounts up to 3 GB in size. The time frame depends on the validity of email migration details provided and DNS updates. Usually, if everything goes as expected, we can migrate five emails account of 3 GB size in an hour.
You need to provide us with your email addresses, passwords, POP3, IMAP, SMTP host names, ports and change the TTL of MX records at the domain.

How long will it take to activate my email addresses after I order the mailboxes?
Within 24 hrs, usually, if you provide correct login details to your domain registrar, the emails should be working within 6-12hrs. We will send you login details over email in a secure format. You can change the password afterward as desired.
Do you set up my outlook client, or how to set up my outlook client?
Yes, we can assist through TeamViewer to set up your outlook client. If you can follow our video tutorial, you can set up the email addresses in under 5 mins each. The process is the same for any domain. You need to try it once and learn it.
How to set up any mail client?
Lot of email client software programs are available for Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and other operating systems.
As long as your email client software uses IMAP / POP3 for incoming emails and SMTP for outgoing emails, you can configure it easily.
After your welcome email, we will send email-client configuration instructions every time you place an order with a new domain.
I have an issue with the setup of email/email bouncing/email failure/spam email. Where should I file a ticket?

Provide as many details as possible and screenshots/screencasts to troubleshoot the problem correctly and offer a fast resolution.
If your emails are landing in spam, you need to check your site, server IP address, and other things as well. Depending on the level of issue, sometimes we recommend you work on other items to fix the root cause.
When there are multiple dependencies, we shall solve the email landing in spam issue after all the dependencies are solved/appropriately fixed.
If you prefer us to solve other dependencies, then we will charge for those. Pricing details would be shared with the client when it is needed as it depends on the case.
In such a case, we will intimate you in writing over Email / WhatsApp. After mutual agreement, we will undertake troubleshooting of such issues. Otherwise, we will work on the scope of our service and fix whatever is feasible within our limits.
Can I use this for sending bulk email/bulk promotional emails?

What is the attachment limit allowed to send through an email?
We offer a 35 MB attachment limit, whereas Gsuite allows only 25 MB attachment.
How many email aliases can I create for an email address?
We allow you to add unlimited email aliases to an email address. A handle is an alternative email address that you can give to your customers to email you instead of giving your original email address.
Support email works as if it is a real email id. With an alias setup, you can only receive emails sent to alias email addresses. Still, you cannot reply from the alias email address [email protected].
I have purchased a new email address, but I cannot send more emails in a day. What could be the issue?
To prevent new email accounts from spamming, we limit the number of emails you can send per day for new email accounts. The sending limit will be increased gradually over two weeks.
