In this article, we will walk through the support menu in customer portal.
If you click the Support menu in your dashboard, you will see a sub menu with three options
a) My Tickets
b) Search Knowledge base
c) Submit a request
My Tickets will show your total tickets that are submitted, resolved, or open till date. It will open a page like below and it will have following options to filter the support tickets.
As you can see the filters are Open, Closed and All. If you have any support tickets then you can click on these filters and see how it works.
Search Knowldege base is another option, which is there in your dashboard menu. As now we have moved our knowledgebase articles to public domain, you will not find it much useful. Hence we are not going to write about it here.
The next option is submit a request, this essentially opens up a support ticket form. Which you can see below.
You can use this support ticket form to get help or resolve any kind of technical or billing issues with respect to the packages or products that you have purchased with us. We will handle technical issues only via support tickets or email. Phone calls are only meant for sales queries or inquries. Please read our web hosting FAQs for more details.
